Outsourcing - a convenient and effective way to improve processes

How it works ?

In order to fully evaluate the work of the department, an overview of all processes must be performed, as all processes are interconnected. Based on my work experience as auditor and the nature of ISO  I have created a process evaluation principles  :

  • 20 questions with description of requirements provide evaluation score - GOOD, AVERAGE, REJECTED .
  • During the process, interviews are conducted with the staff of the department, evidence, facts, reports are collected to understand the analysis, comments, conclusions based on examples.
  • There is a closing meeting, presentation of results
  • Preparation, coordination and implementation of the improvement plan.

Quality management

  •  Quality indicators,
  •  Customer complaint management (CCM rate),
  •  Customer satisfaction survey,
  •  Preventive measures
  • Analysis of the root cause of the problem
  • Management participation in process management
  • Improvement plan, prevention
  • others.

Logistics

  •  Customer order management,
  •  Order forecast,
  •  Delivery speed KPI,
  •  In stock ,
  •  Transport,
  •  Supplier overview,
  •  Production,
  •  others,

AUDIT OF SUPPLIERS.

EVALUATION OF SUPPLIERS is necessary to ensure independent and effective evaluation. The need may arise from working in groups of companies, working with subsidiaries, partners, suppliers or potential partners.

The result of the second party's audits is a reflection of your requirements in the format of the audit report specified by you. A form has been developed where ISO 9001-2015 is a guideline and 15 years of experience in real work in auditing European suppliers as a good and sufficiently detailed set of requirements.

A second-party audit will ensure that potential problems are identified and existing collaborations will definitely improve your work and performance. Save lost of money or prevent it.
